General terms of business hotel Am Kamin Joanni GmbH (=host)

1. Reservation/booking

If a reservation is confirmed by the host, this is valid as a concluded bill of sale. The general terms of business of the Am Kamin Joanni GmbH form the basis of the bill of sale. In case of verbal arrangements (personally / by telephone on the part of the host there is no proof duty with regard to correctness of the information and therefore also no compensation duty to the customer. Hence, every reservation should be carried out in writing. Bringing and consumption of own dishes and drinks in catering trades belonging to hotel is not permitted. With offences the brought product is immediately charged with 50% of the stated hotel retail price.

2. Services for overnight stays

If a reservation occurs through the customer of an overnight stay at the hotel, the offered overnight price always contains an overnight stay including legal value added tax, free parking bay choice, free WLan and breakfast buffet.

3. General cancellation right

The customer can carry out a free cancellation of his reservation at the latest the day before the journey date / event beginning. With a later cancellation or the non-claim of the ordered achievements without cancellation, the host is entitled to charge for 75% for all ordered achievements to the customer. The cancellation of the reservation must occur in writing through the customer to the hotel. It is expressly pointed out to the fact that offered group special prices and offers for groups from 8 people are defeated mostly by separate cancellation terms, in particular concerning the cancellation terms. These are agreed in case of need, in addition, in written form.

4. Changes

Both parties are not entitled to carry out in particular concerning ordered hotel room number and ordered dishes and drinks, alterations of contract without previous approval of the contracting partner. The host reserves himself the right to change / exchange intended rooms / rooms for the customer, also if a certain room was already firmly promised. In this case the host is obliged to provide adequate substitute.

5. Final regulations

Exclusive legal venue is Kaufbeuren / Allgäu. All additional agreements, additional agreements, changes and additional arrangements need the written form. Beyond these regulations are valid the legal regulations and the right of the Federal Republic of Germany.
