Breakfast buffet

Vital Alpine Breakfast Buffet - daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 am! Enjoy our generous breakfast buffet with over 50 items. Fruit juices, water, and a self-service coffee station are also available – as much and as often as you like – included in the price. Reservations required!

Family brunch

From October to May:

Every 1st and 2nd Sunday of the month, as well as Easter, Advent,
and Christmas holidays, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM:
Breakfast, appetizer buffet, salad buffet, hot main courses,
large dessert buffet, welcome Prosecco, coffee, tea, water,
and juices – unlimited.

Fondue evening

You'll start at 7:00 PM with a glass of Cassisco. Afterwards, enjoy the Fondue Chinoise – a tender meat preparation (200g/person) in the finest beef broth, served with a salad buffet, baked potatoes, dipping sauces, garnishes, and much more. To finish, we'll serve a delicious chocolate fondue with fruit skewers. All drinks are included from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (excluding sparkling wines, spirits, and 0.7l bottles of wine). Available daily / Reservations required!
